Quarterly on-time reviews Friendly Co-workers Social Events at least every other month Share Purchase Plan - Publicly traded company - All employees eligible for share purchase plan Positive Leaders & Management team and Great Supervisors Rewards for hard work at end of Year CEO, COO very actively involved in Company. Truly care about employees and their success. Take the time to personally speak to all staff like equals. Salaries are above average in the industry Drivers treated well, respectful and paid well Safe Work environment and very clean Advanced technology implemented in the terminals as well as in trucks and equipment Great training in all departments Environmentally friendly Fast Growing Company
