      My overall experience was ok.

      Pros

      Structured on boarding , policies and procedures. Good benefits and reasonable pay for the work. The people were nice however my direct team was very intense and there was very little oversight as to the team interactions.

      Cons

      Office politics were exceptionally strong. Many people were able to Mistreat others because they knew nothing would ever happen due to their profitability to the company. There is not much room for advancement. I actually like my officer- she was very knowledgeable and the best at what she did. I actually was frustrated with the other assistant who was very micromanaging and borderline demeaning. I truly hated going to work and was anxious to send emails because there would be the most minor critique.

      Friendly environment, good management, nice co-workers

      Cons

      Very busy and fast paced, often had to work late to get everything done, insane amount of emails.
