This is the worst company I've ever come into contact with. Horribly mismanaged, especially within the retail side of the organization. Managers are inexperienced and it very much shows. I was fired unexpectedly, with no previous feedback given, 4 days out of a month long training process based on the results of an informal presentation with vague guidelines and no clear expectations set. During that conversation they also mentioned my inability to attend a conference as a reason for termination (my flight was cancelled). These people worship the office and expect you to do the same. They act like they care about their people but they don't and will do anything except coach you to your potential. Save yourself the time and stress and find a less toxic sales organization to work for.
