      Pros

      Great culture, values, customers, and product. I never feel like I'm selling something that isn't beneficial to my clients.

      Cons

      Internally, Toast struggles to adapt to scale. Legacy processes are made stickier by groups of legacy employees who resist change. This makes it challenging to engage in new markets that require flexibility in contracting.
