Pros
It is a perfect place to work for with a good work life balance. The work is always exciting, you have the freedom to choose and switch between front end and back end development. Toast culture is very supportive of your growth, the environment is friendly and welcoming. I love working here
Cons
The only con is I think the pay might be a little less than the peers but that also depends on the stock price so you never know how will it fluctuate
