      Pros

      - I enjoy my coworkers. They’re smart, easy to work with, and well rounded people - When they say unlimited PTO, they mean it. The flexibility is awesome - We get stuff done. Projects get delivered and opportunities open up creating momentum that’s exciting without being overwhelming

      Cons

      - Lots of focus on profitability right which has meant some cost cutting measures. Small, annoying cuts in benefits here and there - A couple people in leadership like to micromanage down multiple levels which causes unnecessary stress
