      cancerous crony nepo culture

      Pros

      No one is really sure what ST does, so I guess the pros would be most of the people that aren't on it.

      Cons

      I'm a seasoned functional leader and believe me, this is the most disingenuous culture led by a few nepo hires with power that make frantic thrashes and misses and are not held accountable. Basic prioritization escapes these leaders. We have another AMA with ST coming up so I have to find a way to, yet again, tow the company line as my entire org (and the rest of that company for that matter) roles their eyes.

      The culture is excellent, and there are internal opportunities to advance your career. Enhancing your work skills is encouraged.

      Cons

      Advancement in your career into new positions can be a bit of a grind and very competitive; horizontal moves seem a bit easier, but it is possible either way and worth the effort.
