      - Outstanding "best in class" product - Great benefits - Competitive Culture - Some Upward Mobility - Strong Core Values

      Cons

      - Micromanagement via Software & Management - Top Reps no longer earning what they did in years prior - Frequent Comp Plan Changes - Oversaturated with Reps, Nationwide Quota regardless of Sales Territory/Market share - Too many teams selling to the same customer, leading to prospect exhaustion - Unrealistic Work/Life Balance Expectations
