      Pros

      Flexible PTO. Remote. Health care. You will come across many good people.

      Cons

      Culture has become toxic positivity. Executives that manage through spreadsheets, lacking empathy for their people. Outsourcing more teams. Work/life balance is bad, depending on the team you work for. The bottom line is greater than customer's and employees now. Hiring more external, little room for growth. Senior leaders out of touch with employees below them.

      - decent pay - if you find a good team in a good LOB you’re food - not intense -

      Cons

      - Micro managers - Not good culture - they go on leadership offsite but in over a year in a half have never had budget to see my team - they don’t have a good sense of design tbd, don’t come here to up level your skill
