Awful Leadership Decisions Rollback of previously offered benefits Horrible Training Continuous and Stupid decisions made that cause more work to be loaded on employees. Whether due to refusing to hire people to sustain demand, refusing paying people to help in other departments, or layoffs to hire outsourcing agents. You'll find yourself in some positions that are nice and cushy, but if you are a front line worker, expect outdated and awful metrics, micromanaging, and unattainable goals. There's a reason Toast continues to drop in it's Glassdoor ratings, and it doesn't seem like they're doing much to regain favor with it's employees.

Dysfunctional work environment. Systems put in place do not work, and documentation on processes is always outdated because things change so much. Outlandishly useless metrics to adhere by, and management is only concerned by the data you output rather than problem solving for your role.
