      Awful training for taking calls

      Cons

      Training for learning the software and taking support calls was severely lacking and far too passive to learn anything productive. So many have already quit due to the stress of handling calls we have no idea what to do with.

      - working with current customers to improve their usage of Toast - manage a rolling queue of customers vs a set customer portfolio

      Cons

      - At the time, the goals were constantly shifting - We initially had an issue with breaking up the outreach vs calls portion but that was worked out
