Antioch Fulfillment Operations, Antioch Leadership ( J.O. ), my schedule, my crosstraining, my personal and professional development by MY Antioch Leader ( not Toast ).

Cons

Toast corporate - ever changing roles, untried leaders, lack of transparency, not listening, valuing experience over potential, lack of empathy, ego, forgetting about development, being overly conservative, permitting negative gossip throughout the company, poor communication of strategy, closed mindedness, Iminconsistency, being to slow to adapt, and poor role models.

Love the flexibility of being a remote employee, managers care & listen to feedback, very enjoyable working for such a strong company with an amazing product

Cons

Can be very metrics based, processes constantly changing, managers a little out of touch with the day to day of employees
