      World-Class Training, amazing product, process and people!

      Pros

      World-Class Training - 2-week boot camp with continuation modules and weekly product assessments. Great products - an entire suite of technology solutions (FOH, BOH, guest-facing) for restaurants. Amazing support for their employees and customers. Founder driven culture. Once a Toaster always a Toaster!

      Cons

      POS is a commodity so you must keep you top of funnel full to hit your numbers. Must be self-motivated and able to sell in a complex sales cycle with lots of moving parts.

      Pros

      Met some incredible people during my time at Toast. All of whom were hardworking and dedicated. Company and culture as a whole were great but overtime, felt like it lost its identity.

      Cons

      There was no work/life balance, at least in the services department. You were asked to go above and beyond, for little reward, especially when it came to compensation.

      Unreliable industry - very recssion proof - 50% of company got laid off. Sales culture isn't very serious company is kind of like a college environment can be hard to focus
