Business Outlook
Pros
Toast was incredible to be a part of. Although I unfortunately was affected by the recent mass layoffs within the company, I learned a lot from my time there and genuinely enjoyed what I did. Their benefits were great and upper management was knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.
Cons
The commission structure was a little bare, I felt that people were generally underpaid for the quality of work and amount of revenue they brought into the company. Getting promoted internally is a bit of a struggle and they could be more transparent about the processes. All in all though, people don't come to Toast for the money. They come for the culture, community and experience.
