Strong leaders have nailed the culture. Decency, inclusiveness and people are first. Working with some highly talented people. Phenomenal Culture. Work/life balance. Great additional perks. It appears that the first hiring priority for Toast is if the person is a good human. Super product and with the talent pool should be very successful.

Cons

Really cant think of any. Hope this isn’t a dream.

The culture in Toast is superb. The leadership in the company clearly care about making Toast a great place to work, and it shows! The opinions and contributions of every team member are valued and respected, making the problem-solving process enjoyable, inclusive and (perhaps most importantly).
