I got laid off with a larger group of people earlier in the year. They preached “once a toaster always a toaster” and that they’d reach out to people if our roles were brought back. I was in good standing with the company and had hit my metrics so you’d think I’d become a boomerang?? I’ve applied to 4 sales roles since then and they’ve rejected me each time. They’re liars.
