      A company with amazing culture and great growth

      Pros

      * great business that all restaurants are excited about. This is not a simple POS system but a huge platform with all kinds of services and applications * massive growth and huge potential considering the market share * amazing culture. Finally I found a company where there is no stress and everyone is very helpful and passioned about work * technically developing very fast and using modern technical stack * top management really cares about quality of both the software and processes

      Cons

      I cannot find any. The salary is decent though not huge, good stocks.

      A touch on the slow side development speed wise but you get that with larger companies
