      Was a lot of fun pre-IPO -- quintessential tech startup.

      Cons

      Post IPO? Not so much. There's no more spark, there's no more organic energy. Everyone's just depressed that the stock price is so poor.

      Pros

      Lots of benefits and they try hard to make everyone feel welcome and part of the team.

      Cons

      No such thing as working hours. You’re always on call. They will tell you that your work X, but will expect you to always answer when requested. Work life isn’t a thing in onboarding.
