      Pros

      Pay is good Bonus is fantastic 2 x Work enablement stipends per years (400e tax free x 2)

      Cons

      RTO is overkill. Some people work fantastic from home. If there is a performance issue then yes, managers should have the authority to get employees to come into office. As someone at the company for over 3 years, and got exceeds in all of my performance reviews - why am I being required to come into the office 2 x days per week.
