Working at this company has been an incredible experience. They offer an excellent work-life balance, allowing employees to maintain a healthy personal and professional life. The team is composed of super smart individuals who are always ready to collaborate and support one another. The work environment is highly respectful of everyone's focus and contributions, ensuring that unnecessary meetings are kept to a minimum. Contributions are highly appreciated, and changes within the company are carefully planned and executed. Regular and well-organized meetups help build a strong sense of community and keep everyone aligned with the company’s goals.

Cons

One minor drawback is that, due to the young environment, some procedural aspects could use a bit of refinement. However, the positive atmosphere and the respect for work and focus make this a fantastic place to grow and succeed.
