- remote work and focus on trust, freedom and individual responsibility may not be for everyone - the company has been around for 15+ years, it’s not exactly a start-up anymore and there is naturally some amount of legacy and history to deal with - decisions could sometimes be made a little faster, but this has already improved a lot over the last year or so
