Pros

- motivated, solution-oriented, positive and make-things-happen team spirit across the company, - great collaboration between teams, - users are always part of the conversations and decisions are driven from making users experience better - the design team is currently in the process of growing and brings a lot of opportunities with it, - the remote-first set-up allows flexible working time and location & even though the set-up is remote it feels like one close team working together towards a unified goal - great framework for developing yourself - supports taking part in conferences/workshops 2x a year and support on other learning materials

Cons

For people not used to working remotely, might be hard to get used to at first.

Pros

Work for Toggl from anywhere in the world. The team is very transparent and supportive. The work is exciting. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. I can't imagine a better work environment, and am very happy!

Cons

None that I can think of. If you're not used to remote work, it may seem isolating to you but that's a general con of remote work and not specific to Toggl itself.

Solid product, great people, exciting opportunities

Pros

- Self-funded and profitable - Good product and awesome product-led growth - A great number of highly skilled and motivated people - Countless opportunities to learn, improve, take ownership and make a positive impact

Cons

- The company has grown a lot in recent years, and there have been a lot of growing pains which could have been addressed earlier - The current leadership culture is not as strong as it could be However, I will say that there is a strong drive and some very dedicated people working on improving these and many other things (and there have been a lot of positive changes!). I could see myself rating Toggl 5/5 in a year if this trend continues.
