Pros

You can focus on what you do best without worrying about micromanagement and managers looking over your shoulder. Everything is transparent and your ideas are always welcome. Overall: - Transparent - Great culture - Good learning and health benefits - No micromanagement and Surveillance - Truly flexible working hours

Cons

Not a con but maybe a bit limited career development opportunities in your field maybe.

Pros

- Amazing culture that cares about people: you are able to have work-life balance - Remote first - Great benefits (some not even listed on the Jobs page, like the paid parental leave and bonus) - Really nice people working there (even nicer when you meet them in person in some international meetup) - Toggl is a self funded company

Cons

They are growing, so expect some organizational changes. This is not really a bad thing, but some people may complain about it.

A working environment that mixes the best of radical candor and compassion. Internal discussion are always about WHAT needs to be resolved, rather than WHO.

Cons

People who are not used to the remote work environment will need some time to adjust to asynchronous communication, working with different time zones, etc.
