Good benefits (health/vision/dental/pet), PTO that increases with tenure, 401k matching, HSA options, great view outside office, nice facilities within office (cafeteria w/ breakfast and lunch, gym, exercise classes, showers, massage on-site, volleyball court, walking trail), holidays are a fun celebration in the office, great co-workers, bonus opportunities, travel opportunities

Cons

Dull design inside the office - think 1980's cubicles, old-school mentality in regards to working from home (Covid-19 has changed this some), at times feels very political ("who you know"), rely heavily on contract workers (who do not receive the above benefits), very conservative atmosphere regarding appearance (covered tattoos, natural hair, business casual)
