Pros

They were hiring during the pandemic and are very good about raises and bonuses. They have a clear career path to help you develop and grow with the company. Many people that work here have been here for years.

Cons

Communication with Japan can take awhile because of the time and cultural difference, but everyone is patient and loves to hear from each other.

Pros

once you get good at your job you can create your own schedule. A lot of overtime hours are given.

Cons

They make you travel to other sites, and sometimes travel can be longer than a year. Lower pay then most FSE positions. No real training.
