      Pros

      Machines are manufactured in Japan, "So they are well made and easy to work on.

      Cons

      After 10 years I've seen employees come and go, but those micro-managers seem to stick around for ages. Field service could use more individual training, Job tasks are not defined for new employees, lots of finger pointing by all sides (management, tech support, Field service). Disorganized place to work. Medical benefits costs rise 20% yearly.

      Pros

      Paycheck every two weeks and PPL is decent.

      Cons

      No chance of advancement. A lot of Nepotism. Family members hiding sons and daughters at different sights. Advertised internal openings pre filled before being announced. Company very cliquish! The original good old boys club from the Varian days run and control almost everything.

      Pros

      The average person working in the trenches are pretty good. They are easy going and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management just doesn't get it. The reason most of us left the competitor was to get a better company to work for. They then cut our benefits and then sold us to the competition that we did not like. But management kept their pensions and stocks while the rest of us got screwed.
