      Pros

      TEL employees work hard - they are dedicated and have a spirit for customer service. The company is conservative which drives their stability. Employees tend to create strong working relationships with their co-workers. TEL senior management does care about the people who drive and support the TEL business partnerships...I see it everyday.

      Cons

      If one is a huge risk taker or not dedicated to their credibiltiy...they won't "fit" at TEL.

      Challenging work. Compressed work week. Stable employment..

      Cons

      Compensation not aligned with peer companies. Management doesn't value field employees. Disconnect between HQ and field offices. Does not seem to leverage dominance in product lines to stand up to pushy customers.
