401k, stock, healthcare are all quality

Cons

work / life is poor, push everything down line to next guy, PM's seem to be first guys off the job site and all to often have no idea what's going on, on there job sites

Very loved brand/product - potential to be a great company

Cons

Top down management, politics/gossip, little respect for employees or care for their success, unrealistic workloads, inappropriate/unprofessional behavior... the list goes on.
