Pros
Good company benefits. The health insurance and 401k matching is a nice perk. Gained a lot of job experience, learning how to work as a team, and skills that can build my resume.
Cons
Toll Brothers is a company based on the bottom line. Honestly, who can blame them? But their way of saving money is by having one person playing multiple roles, for long periods of time, to the point of burnout or failure. The home sales division of the company is the true money-maker, but if you're in any other place in the company (Golf division) its easy to get left behind. There is very little room to grow unless you happen to be at the right place at the right time. The upper management level seems to be well compensated, but anyone below that level makes extremely low pay for the amount of work they're required to accomplish. The corporate level of management micro-manages all the way down to the smallest roles and enforces office-level rules on all employees no matter if they work in a cubicle 9-5 or in a country club pulling 12 hour days.
