Sometimes a disconnect between management and on site people. But I imagine most jobs have that to some extent.

Management was horrible… unbelievably horrible. Commission is the worst in the business. There are only a couple communities the structure works. It’s a rotating door with sales staff. For a luxury builder training is horrible, you better hope you get a patient sales consultant to teach you.
