12 and a half hour shifts. Having to jump between Fort Collins and Windsor without much notice.

Tolmar has a extremely diverse team working for them. I am always impressed with all of the different groups and how well they work together. It is fantastic working for a company that really supports and appreciates staff. - Excellent benefits - 14 paid holidays every year! Including a full week paid at Christmas time - Exceptional leadership - Diverse teams!
