Management was inexperienced and consistently difficult to work with within all departments. Good management is a rarity in this company. Manufacturing scheduling and processes were all over the place and often delayed. All essential departments were consistently under staffed and turnover was high. The expectations around work output were unrealistic and exhausting. Everything is urgent and high priority, and they expect you to compensate for poor scheduling and poor retention rates.

After being here a few months, I’ve gotten a good sense of how things operate. There’s not a lot of consistency day to day, and training/onboarding was pretty minimal, which made it harder than expected to get up to speed. There are multiple buildings that run like their own individual companies rather than one. There also isn’t much management presence on the floor, and most of the leadership seems to be remote. Because of that, communication and support can feel a bit disconnected. I think with more structure, better training, and more visible leadership on-site, this could be a much stronger place to work.
