Pros

I wasn't just a number at Tolmar, I was a valued employee. Everyone I worked with was amazing. I already miss my team! The pay was incredible and the benefits were outstanding. I was able to move up really quickly and there are so many options for "climbing the ladder". They recognize your talents and abilities fast and make sure you're in the best position suitable for you. Many long term employees there.

Sometimes mandatory overtime is enforced, but rarely.
