None anymore. They other operators you work with are good people.

Cons

They don’t offer holidays anymore. You are required to work all holidays if you work in production. All the upper management will tell you you have to work when they are gone on their holidays. This place has no interest in treating the people that do the work right. HR are like dictators. This company won’t be around much longer.
