No territories and I get paid for what I do. I have always been confident in my work ethic but at the Tom James they are actually paying me for the work I do! There are no ceilings to my income. I get bonuses, stock options, full benefits(401k, profit sharing) and tons of incentives(trips, clothing, etc). Finally, a company that actually has sound principles and ethics where corporate greed has not taken over. They give the $$ to the employees. The motto “we build people,” holds true.

Cons

You do have to do the work and use the proven systems. You also must be disciplined, coachable and consistent. Allow yourself to be uncomfortable every day! It is well worth the effort to build your business.
