if you don't start with a good manager who is doing well in their business you likely won't do well because you build off of their connections.

It's a place to learn high pressure sales & business skills

Everything else. Even if you are performing you will get low pay & treated badly. Management are filled with people that have the opposite type of personality that they demand in their new reps. They will yell at you, humiliate you, overwork you, then gaslight you when you try to be reasonable with them. Being pressured into working 70-80 hour weeks for $9 an hour average is not normal at all. The company has taken a huge nosedive the past few years for very good reason (despite them trying to fake their numbers on social media, the revenue data doesn't lie). 90% of new hires leave, the other 9% stay for a year to build themselves then they go find normal jobs
