Pros

you are with a company that wants you to succeed and will do anything/everything to help you you pay yourself; the harder you work the more you will make it is your own business without having to deal with all the small details of actually owning your own company (you decide the clientele you want to have and build a relationship with your clients) once you are established, you have a lot of flexibility in your schedule multiple ways for you to make money (in addition to your commission pay you will also earn bonuses, money towards clothing, and money towards your vacations) you build great relationships with both clients and coworkers

Cons

the beginning is a huge time committment. Know that you can start off strong BUT you will be working long hours with little time for vacation you have to deal with a lot of rejection in order to get all of the yeses. you have to constantly be prospecting and adding new quality names

Company is too focused on production numbers vs quality.

Pros

Not a bad company to work for overall. The pay is only good for the executive management and top people. Good communication and help from HQ is Franklin TN whenever there is a problem.

Cons

Pay scale for regular employees who are hourly is a joke. Unless you are salaried or a big wig do not expect to make much money or get a big raise after evaluation. Never have I worked for such a stingy company. The people who work to make the company successful seem to get the short end of the stick while the ones who "manage" are highly overpaid and lacking the leadership or knowledge on how to treat employees. Leadership also needs to stop badgering salespeople to sell sell sell. So many talented salespeople have quit due to the way they were basically harassed by their leaders. Allow the sales force to ease into sales, learn along the way and build their customer database.
