      Great culture, a supportive boss, sales development trips to US, dynamic job, working with high-end executives, learning a lot about textile and sales

      Can be daunting if relying on cold calls only, entry product potentially overpriced for the market.

      Pros

      Everything, from the way the company invests in you both monetarily and as a person, helping us grow. The stock opportunity is the best I’ve ever seen and so is the business development. The ability to grow and run a team is there should you choose. The incentives, the trips and the people. A lot of people grumble about the pay here on glass door, they obviously weren’t selling enough, I make plenty!

      Cons

      To start with, the hours are long and it’s a grind, but worth it after the first 12 months. You are after all growing a new business from scratch.

      Cons

      Hard work and lots and lots to learn. Learn about selling, tailoring, measuring, styling, running a business, fabrics, understaning the City. Very intense, not for the faint hearted
