Pros

Company stock once you get to a certain sales level

Cons

In order to be successful, the job has to be your life for at least two years. You will also most likely be paycheck to paycheck for a while all while working 80-100hour weeks.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us feedback. I am sorry to hear your experience at Tom James was a negative one. We do not expect 80-100hour workweeks from our new partners. In general, this is not our management style. It is TRUE that many of the people we attract choose to work very hard in their first years of building their clientele. Our belief is that if we help people develop goals for the life they want to build, and help them develop an activity plan to accomplish those goals, they will use both their work ethic and their efficiency/creativity to figure out how to achieve them on a monthly basis. While it does take hard work to get your business off the ground here, it is not our culture to enforce a specific hourly requirement. Thank you again for leaving your comments.
