Pros

Tom Sawyer Software is a great place to learn, the company's products are amazingly powerful, and the projects are highly challenging. Seniors are very competent and professional. In addition, the work environment is amazing, I made genuine and lifelong friendships. The company allows you to have a good work life balance, home office, snacks at the office, frequent outgoing activities. Working at Tom Sawyer is a rewarding experience.

Cons

You need to be really autodidact, there isn't much guidance of how things are done within the company. And there is some ambiguity with assigned projects. Anyway, managers are open to discuss any item you need to clarify.
