Pros

Competitive pay Great discount (50% with 40% at Calvin Klein and Van Heusen) Very willing to help with work/life balance Extremely easy going people to work with

Cons

Unrealistic store standards: I worked at store where we easily did 30 thousand on a normal Saturday and district and regional management would come in on Monday and be annoyed if a certain item was not filled with every size. Store level management was lazy No room for advancement The customers absolutely sucked... I know this isn't anyone's fault but I will say that I have had many retail jobs and the customer base at Tommy Hilfiger was by far the worst. Rude, messy, cheap, disrespectful, and above all STUPID.

Cons

The corporate office is in chelsea and right on the hudson. So far away from everything else, and the commute is exhausting.
