      Cons

      I experienced racism and sexism. Manager is horrible. People on top lack of leadership skills - you'll be screamed at and humiliated if manager is having a bad day. Low EQ. Borderline abusive. Pay is not good.

      -Discount was fire: 50% off anything you could wear to work, 75% on a max of 7 items from the upcoming collection, 40% off anything you couldn't wear to work. The discounts stacked with in store promotions -Fast paced -It's right across the way from Auntie Anne's

      Cons

      -Management actively encouraged their college level employees to skip school for shifts -Management specifically encouraged me to drop out of college to be considered in the running for a higher position within Management -When I submitted my 2 week notice, Management attempted to get me to stay but it wasn't through the usual tactics of offering more money or a promotion. Their tactic was to threaten me by stating that if I left, they would mark me as not eligible for rehire due to leaving during the holiday season -A lot of work for the pay
