Pros

Employee discounts are pretty high, most sales associates are highschool/college.

Cons

Ridiculous expectations. Even the best employees were hassled over very minor things. 'Management' is always watching, they made that clear with every lecture. Also, if you're not over the age of 30 they kind of expect you to be stupid, and may treat you as such.

Pros

Great benefits. They do a lot to keep you at work in the office so you don't want/need to leave. Cafeteria, gym, etc. all on site.

Cons

Terrible managers. Not enough diversity.
