Pros

- The discount is great - Co-workers tend to be really chill (I was rehired and I've only ever had cool co-workers)

Cons

I would give this company zero stars but that's not possible. - Work/life balance is terrible. At my store, we used to have 2 hour shifts and you were maybe extended based on business needs. TH really tries to make you work as much as possible without having to pay for it. If the managers can keep you without having to give you a break (we have 3.5 hour shifts now), they'll do it. - Raises are at most 15 cents a year, and pay is low for having such positive brand image. I got paid more working at an amusement park. - Management is terrible. - The styles generally stay the same but the colors change. Most of the customers are returners mainly because the company lacks direction, variety, and innovation. My store engages in quite a few illegal activities: - Adjusting time punches (you cannot adjust time punches except for a few exceptions, such as when an employee forgets to clock in. Rounding to the nearest clock in time, or in my case, shaving off time worked when I was asked to come in early, are both illegal.) - Allowing a high school student under 18 to operate the trash disposal (you have to be 18)

Pros

You get a 40 percent discount at Tommy and Calvin Klein and you get a yearly pay raise. Also a great place for recent graduates to start their career.

Cons

Work environment can feel a bit cold. Especially being a Black and/or brown employee there is already a select few so couple that with not so friendly colleagues, it is easy to feel isolated. Also, not a fan that after two years of working diligently from home, leadership is making everyone go back into the office 50% of the time.

Pros

I started my career at Tommy as an Assistant Designer and stayed for several years. I resigned when I reached Designer level. I didn't stay because I enjoyed my job, but more or less that I got use to the chaos. Pros - Most people are kind - Great Benefits Package - Lots of Company Holidays and PTO

Cons

Cons - Zero Growth - Long Stressful Days & Sometimes Weekends - Very Top Heavy - Pay is Not Great - Lack of Work Life Balance - Disorganized Leadership - The majority of the companies population are women, however almost all of the senior management are White Men.
