Pros

Great environment, with caring management, and detailed focus on business numbers. Restructuring with pvh has allowed for better information exchange.

Cons

Lack of supervision and nformation from upper management. More focused on the "culture" rather than the people who run their stores.

50% off (sometimes more) merchandise a few free pieces every season good commission - if you work mens

Cons

Constant changes in management, way of doing things etc alot of personal relationships/friendships across the board (from corporate, management, supervisors down to sales/stock) effect the way things are approached at work etc its like survivor, employees terminated left and right
