Pros
Decent hours ... coworkers are great Scott Franklin is a genuine caring person but has become quite Removed from the atmosphere .. I don't think he's aware at how unhappy employees have become they have lost most of their tenured staff .. brian has no idea on how to manage people he once said in a meeting monkeys could do our job and in a separate meeting he asked if he had to break our fingers so we stopped quoting stop price. Motivating right?
Cons
Since they were purchased by an investment firm .. they make quotas impossible and the office mangers micro manage u until u just can't take it anymore .
