      Disorganized and woefully understaffed with little upward mobility for entry & midlevel managers

      Pros

      Some extremely dedicated and competent staff members. Great work/life balance - most staff never work on the weekends or evenings.

      Cons

      Most departments are extremely understaffed for a company of their size. Bad decisions by senior management have led to poor company performance in the current thriving gloabal economy. Management is an "Old Boys Network" with nearly no opportunity for upward mobility for female staff members and forced out others.

      Terrible work enviornment. Micro managed at all times.

      Pros

      Flexibility and opportunities abound. If you do it once it can become your job. Having experience with end use of products and systems you can write your own ticket.

      Cons

      Big little company challenges. Lots of "we've always done it this way." Duplicated efforts in many cases of office and engineering efforts only because of big/little company culture and management.
