Pros
- Well-paced work environment with reasonable expectations - Good health benefits - Fairly reasonable hybrid WFH policy (3d in office, 2d WFH), though management has been flexible about this depending upon departmental needs. - Supportive management - Clear expectations of output - Life-work balance has been good so far; no unreasonable expectations about being available 24/7 - Believe it or not, cubicle-style office seating is much better than open floor plans that startups seem to be in love with for no reason
Cons
- Sub-par salaries for the locale (Bay Area California) - Onboarding was minimal and lacking substantial information about product lineup, etc. - Slower paced environment. While it is nice to have reasonable deadlines, sometimes things can take a little longer to come to fruition than one would like
