Pros

Free play seeing people 50%off food I really don't have 20 words of good to say. Lazy people get the best promos, click groups and romances

Cons

Trying to follow to many chiefs who are not on the same page and lying. Even with 50% off on food if you don't tip Bayhost you get yourself in trouble with management heck I'd rather pay full price if that's the case same amount goes out.

Pros

If you don't have a restaurant industry background then it's fine. Otherwise, you'll find yourself pulling your hair out and shaking your head at decesions and the way the company is run.

Cons

Only way to move up is through constant brown nosing and not working hard. Work ethic and knowledge is not rewarded and instead frowned upon. Fraternization at it's absolute worst. It's like working in a middle school. Cliques and everything. Including management.

Where dreams go to die

Pros

Co-workers are fun. Golf is free. There are supposedly opportunities for advancement.

Cons

They will do their best to schedule everyone part time and even when you have averaged more than enough hours for full time status they give you the run around about benefits. They have favorites who always work the best events, sections, schedule and take advantage of everyone else's hard work. There is very little recognition for those who are putting in the hours and living up to the core values of the company. The management does not care about your life or availability and will schedule you outside of it. They will also schedule you a sixteen hour day with no break. They will also schedule you to close at one am and open at 8:30am, say goodbye to sleep. They will also assign you tables on both the first and third floors at the same time. They will ignore your requests for pay errors to be corrected. They will hold you to a high standard while doing absolutely nothing to make you feel appreciated.
