There is never a dull moment here and I'm constantly faced with challenging and interesting work. The executive team is great and I feel good about the company's direction. The compensation and work life balance is excellent for a startup. Bottom line I feel highly valued as an employee here.

Cons

Typical startup growing pains. We need to improve our processes and efficiencies but nothing out of the ordinary.
